Born March 23rd, 1965, in Chicago, IL. to the late William "Bill" Hall and Mary (Flowers) Hall, both formerly of Logan, West Virginia.

Billy met his long-time love Darlene (Liming) Hall in 1981 and married August 3rd, 1983.

Billy was the proud father of five children, Meagan (John) Wheeler of Lexington, KY, Ashley (Elmo) Hall of Steubenville Oh., William "Billy" Gerald Hall of Iowa, James Michael (Barbara) Hall formerly of Logan, WV., and Rachel (Brian) McCallister formerly of Huntington WV., the grandfather of ten beautiful grandchildren, Jacob and Arlie Pelfrey both of KY, Landen, Devin and Layla Hall of Logan, WV, Emrie Hall, Ethan and Elaina McCallister, of Logan, WV along with Kira and Kaia Hall of Iowa.

Billy spent his younger years working in construction as a Foreman on various successful locations as well as being a Private Contractor, traveling across the United States sharing his love and knowledge of the trade by providing training to countless others throughout the years. Enabling and encouraging the opportunity for those he employed to be successful as well. Billy, also affectionately known as "Old School" amongst his friends and throughout the community, never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a hand. Although he had his struggles and fought many battles in recent years, he was always willing to help anyone in need. When sometimes all he could offer was a listening ear and a word of advice. Billy always stayed true to his faith and relied on his relationship with God, especially in his hardest times.

Those attending his heavenly reunion include his son, James Michael Hall, daughter, Rachel Hall McCallister, one brother, Richard Lee Hall as well as both parents, Bill and Mary Hall.
