Timothy Justice

Timothy Justice, 59, of Logan, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at his residence. Born on February 3, 1959 at Logan, he was the son of the late Wetzel Justice and Susie Strunk Justice. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Bill Fry. Those left to cherish in memory include his wife, Merna Justice and his son Brian Andrew Justice, both of the home; one brother, Wetzel Justice Jr. of North Manchester, Indiana; three sisters: Deloris (Henry) Spriggs of Peru, Indiana, Veronica (Jerry) Eplin of Whitman, and Vivian (Larry) Butcher of Whitman; two mothers-in-law: Sue and Beverly Fry; and a host of other dear family and friends. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the James Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Vanhook officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pecks Mill. Timmy will be carried to rest by his family and friends. Friends may gather at the funeral home between 12-2 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2014.
