Thomas Anthony Tolliver

Thomas Anthony Tolliver Sr, age 52 of Logan, WV passed away January 8, 2021 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born October 29, 1968 at Logan, WV. He is preceded in death by his grandson, JaySean Anthony Woods and 2 sisters, Patrina Kay Goldie (Tolliver), and Regina Tolliver. He is survived by his mother, Vivian V. Tolliver; 2 children, Tamika Tolliver (Marcus Murphy), and Thomas Anthony Tolliver Jr (Kristen Tolliver); 2 grandsons, Ja’Zere Marcus McCants and Thomas JaySean Tolliver; grandmother, Blanche Tolliver; 2 brothers, Robert Tolliver( Felicia Tolliver) and Jermaine Tolliver (Reginia Lowe); 3 sisters, Sabrina Osborne (Ronnie Osborne), Christina Tolliver, and Tina Knox; two special cousins, Joey Clemons (Kathy Clemons) and Andre’ Sherrod; two Special friends, Jerry Mitchell and Melissa Blankenship, and a host of nieces and nephews. Thomas loved working on his car, being a handy man, and hanging out with his friends and his family, but he loved being a father and grandpa most of all. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Akers-James Funeral Home with Rev. Audie Murphy Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of the service, Saturday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Thomas Tolliver Jr, Jermaine Tolliver, Robert Tolliver Sr, Joey Clemons Sr, Marcus A. Murphy, Seante Evans, and Christopher Tolliver.
