Sharon Kay Lowe, 78, of Logan, passed away peacefully, on April 2,2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion to her family.
Born April 2,1948, she was the cherished daughter of the late Morris Allen Thornhill and Ethel Thornhill Johnson. She retired after 50 years as a pharmacy technician from Logan Regional Medical Center. She was a faithful member of The Crooked Creek Church of Christ and loved her church family. She carried throughout her life the values of compassion, resilience, and a deep devotion to those she loved. Sharon was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Angela Lowe, and her grandson, Brandon Lowe, both of whom she held close to her heart.
Those left to cherish her memory include her brothers, Ed Thornhill (Linda), Wally (Martha)Thornhill, Jeff (Angela) Thornhill, and Rob (Shannon) Thornhill; her grandson, Tyler Lowe; her great-grandchildren, Dalton, Rylan, Florence, and Ramona; her aunt, Dorothy Littleton; and many special nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a host of very special friends who held a dear place in her heart. Sharon will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering dedication to her family, and the warmth she brought into every room. Her life was a testament to quiet strength, enduring love, and the importance of family.
A service will be held Monday, April 6th, at James Funeral Home, with visitation from 12:00 p.m., to 2:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service officiated by Ralph Perry at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to extend special thanks to The Crooked Creek Church of Christ and Ralph Perry for their live, support, and for being such a wonderful extended family to Sharon.
