Robert H. Likens

Robert H. Likens, 77 of Dingess passed away Sunday December 13, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. He was born November 27, 1938 in Dingess, WV the son of the late Liddy York and Joe Likens. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brothers: McCager, James, Ransome and Charlie Likens and on great-granddaughter Allison Hicks. Those left to cherish his memory include: his wife Maxine Dillon Likens; son Robert Likens Jr.; daughters Lori Lambert of Chicago, IL and Cindy Painter of Henry, IL. Three step sons: Shawn and Keith Goff of Dingess and Richard Goff of Groveport, OH. Two sisters: Betty Parker of Linden, TN and Eloise Wilson. One brother Jess Likens, six grandsons, five granddaughters, 5 great-grandsons, seven great-granddaughters and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family. Services will held at 12 p.m. Friday December 18, 2015 at the Mt. Hope FWB Church in Dingess with Jimmy Darrel Newsome officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery also in Dingess.
