Mary (Mary Beth) Elizabeth Patton-Stevens

Mary Elizabeth “Mary Beth” Patton-Stevens, 13 of Branchland, WV departed life on earth Sunday, December 8, 2019 at home. Mary was born October 12, 2006 at Covington, KY to Amanda Patton and Joey “Bub” Stevens of Branchland, WV. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Alex D. Patton and Mary Alice Patton; paternal great-grandparents Bobbie Likens of Dingess, WV, Henry Trickler of Chapmanville, WV, and Arthur and Polly Stevens of Breeden, WV. Mary was a student at Guyan Valley Middle School. In addition to her parents those left to cherish her beautiful and bright memory are her sister, Joanna Stevens of Fountain, CO; 3 brothers, Nate, AJ, and Max Patton all at home; paternal grandparents, Margie Sartin of Dingess, WV and James Stevens of Breeden, WV; aunts, Teresa (Nick) Shworles, Deonia Patton, Rachel Patton, Mary Irene Patton of Ludlow, KY, and Jamie Stevens of Breeden, WV; uncles, Dwight (Erin) Patton, and James Patton of Ludlow, KY; great-aunts, Doris Trickler, and Linda Trickler Gibson of Dingess, WV, and Brenda (Donald) Noe of Wharncliffe, WV; great-uncle, Stuart (Penny) Trickler of Chapmanville, WV. She is also survived by a host of cousins, and three very special cousins, Lyndsey Gillman, Chelsey and Gabby Sparks. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Akers-James Funeral Home with Pastor Riley Hager officiating. Burial will follow in the York Family Cemetery at Dingess, WV. Pallbearers will be Nate and AJ Patton, Jordan Colegrove, Brandon Blankenship, Jeremy Sartin, and Zach Tomblin. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
