Lizzie Hager

Lizzie Francis Tate Vannatter Hager, 83, of Whitman passed away Friday November 24, 2006 in Logan Regional Medical Ceneter. She was born July 27, 1923 in Wilkinson to the late George and Della Mae Owens Tate. Also preceding her in death was a son, James Ronald Hager, a grandson, Kyle Joseph Haynes and a great-granddaughter, Alyssa Ruiz. Two sisters; Pearl Alonzo and Mattie Chambers. Two brothers; James Tate and George Tate Jr. Survivors include her children; Donna (Sal) Coppola of Naples, Fl., Johnnie (Kaye) Vannatter of Cols, OH., Bobby (Vivian) Hager of Whitman and Richard Hager of Whitman. Yvonne Haynes (Jim Grimes) of Valley View, Danette Gore (Melvin Meade) of Whitman, whom she resided with and was her loving caretaker for many years. Other survivors include her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Monday November 27, 2006 from 6:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M at James Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday November 28, 2006 at 11:00 A.M at James Funeral Home with Rev. Nick Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Huse Memorial Cemetery at Fayetteville, WV. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Condolences may be sent to www.jamesfh.com.
