Linda (Bryant) Curry, 74 of Whitman, WV departed this life for her Heavenly home January 22, 2022, at her home.
Linda was born February 8, 1947, to the late Billy Frank Bryant and Augustine (Browning) Bryant. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Billy Frank Bryant Jr.
Linda worked at PRIDE Inc. for 39 years and ended her career at the Logan County Health Department. She was a faithful member of the 5&6 Holden FWB Church.
Linda leaves behind her husband of 54 years, Roger D. Curry; her son, Mark (Lori) Curry of Whitman; granddaughters, Samantha (Jody) Butcher, and Stephanie (Tyler) Curry; great-grandson, Jaxson Butcher all of Whitman; her “other son”, Earl (Beth) Holstein of Whitman and their children, Lauren, Ryan, and Anna; sisters, Marsha Bryant of Holden, who was her special caregiver during her illness, Annie (Dan) Kramb of Delaware, OH, and Anita (Bruce) Weyenberg of Logan. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at the 5&6 Holden FWB Church with Pastor Larry Light and Pastor Randy Skeens officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Chapmanville. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the service, Tuesday at the church.
Pallbearers will be her son, Mark Curry, Earl Holstein, Jody Butcher, Tyler Moore, Ryan Holstein, and Joe Kitchen.
