Larry Steve Martin

Larry Steve Martin, 68 of Whitman passed away suddenly at his residence Monday, May 2, 2022.

He was born July 21, 1953, in Pikeville, KY to the late Victor and Durie Martin.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 9 years Lesa (Cremeans) Martin of Whitman; his son, Larry (Veronica) Martin of South Williamson, KY; granddaughter, Larrah Martin of South Williamson, KY; stepson, Brandon Tomblin of Whitman; stepdaughter, Heather Deskins (Neal Murphy) of Whitman, and step grandson, Brayden Tomblin.

Honoring his wishes his remains are to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2022 at Akers-James Funeral with Pastor Rocky Chaffin officiating. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
