Kenneth Gordon Tomblin

Kenneth Gordan Tomblin Jr., 44 of Lake, WV departed this life on July 22, 2015. He was born December 1, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio a son of Kenneth and Shirley Tomblin of Chapmanville. Kenneth was preceded in death by one son that was stillborn and a little sister that was born and then passed away shortly after. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Verchie and Earl Tombline of Mudfork and Verna and Stanley Jones of Cleveland, Ohio, father-in-law Robert (Bob) Vance of Peach Creek, an Honerary Brother Stonewall (Stoney) Conley of Harts and a sister-in-law Melissa Gail Workman. Kenneth is leaving behind his wife of 19 years Angel Tomblin of Lake. Six children Codey Tomblin of Lake, Sunshine Brumfield of Peach Creek, Brittany Tomblin of Six Mile, Brandon Nelson of Lake, Kenneth Tomblin III of South Carolina and Jason Ferguson of Kentucky. Three grandchildren Hayden Vance of Peach Creek, Kaybrianna Nelson of Dingess and one on the way. Also his brother Johnny Ray Tomblin of Chapmanville ans two sisters Madesia Lynn Vance of Dingess and Robin Lynn Olshewski of Brunswick, Ohio. Mother-in-law Bessie Vance of Cora and father in law Lester Workman of Logan. Two Honorary brothers Carl David Burgess of Lyburn and Barry Cottle of Cora and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Kenny is greatly loved and will be missed very much. Services will be Monday July 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the James Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barney Goins officiating. Visitation will from 12:00 to 2:00 also at the funeral home.
