John Sollazzo

John Sollazzo, 82, of Lenore passed away Tuesday October 31, 2006 in Williamson Memorial Hospital.He was born June 4, 1924. John was a World War II Purple Heart Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys (Jenkins) Sollazzo. His father, Leonard Sollazzo and mother, Mary Threresa Procopio Sollazzo and four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his two sons; Mark Steven (Teresa) Sollazzo of Lenore. John (Kathy) Sollazzo of Brunswick, Ohio. Two daughters; Connie (Sam) Commandotie of Aurora, Ohio, and Mary (Lou) Wallens of Lenore. John had nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday November 1, 2006 from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M at James Funeral Home at Aracoma. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday November 2, 2006 at 11:00 A.M at James Funeral Home with Rev. Russ Ball officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill with Military Graveside Rights. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Terry Dillian, T.
