Jody Boston Toler, 35, of Chapmanville passed away on Monday December 4, 2006 in Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston from a massive heart attack. He was born on October 7, 1971 at Henlawson. He was the son of Ida Mae (Toler) Belcher of Whitman and Freddie Lee Toler of Accoville. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Boss and Mae Martin and his paternal grandfather, Reverand Ray Toler all of Henlawson. Survivors include his fiance, Kelly Ann Ellis of West Logan. His mother, Ida Mae (Toler) Belcher and his step-father, Lloyd Belcher of Whitman. His father, Freddie Lee Toler of Mallory. A paternal grandmother, Marie Toler. One brother, Tim (Shawna) Toler of Winfield. One nephew, Alex Toler of Winfield and a niece, Kayla Rose Toler. A host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and numerous friends. Jody was employed as a coal miner at Coal River Energy in Charleston. He was a lover of life in general, including his passion for horses, motorcycling, Nascar and being with his many friends. He was a member of Sons of Legion Post 019. Visitation will be Wednesday December 6, 2006 from 6:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M at James Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Thursday December 7, 2006 at 11:00 A.M at James Funeral Home with Rev. John Rodney Spears and Clifford Adkins officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Pallbearers will be; Ronnie and Michael Nelson, Mark and David Adkins, Conn Barker and Mason Fields. Honorary pallbearers will be his family and friends. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfh.com.
