On September 29, 2017, Jesus entered the home of Jaxon Cole Cook, 5 of Fairdale, WV and took him to Heaven to be with him.
Jaxon was loved by so many. He changed the lives of every person that met him. Jax was a fighter, an inspiration, and a blessing. He loved music, Mickey Mouse, his iPads, swimming, cheese, and âeat cake.â
Those left to celebrate his life include: his parents, Ryan and Tiffany Cook; the most amazing big brother ever, Caden; his grandparents, Wes and Evelyn Cook of Oceana, WV; Tom and Lisa Moore of Fairdale, WV; David and Darlene Robertson of Penhook, VA; great-grandmothers, Zora Blankenship of Oceana, WV and Gertie Moore of Lorado, WV; his uncle Ty-Ty of Morgantown, WV; aunt Mel and âUncâ Les Cook of Bolt, WV; first cousins Madi and Blayne Cook also of Bolt, WV. Jaxon was extremely blessed with an abundance of extended family and friends who loved him unconditionally.
A celebration of his incredible life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday October 4, 2017 at iHeart Church in Mt. Hope, WV.
Pallbearers will be his Daddy âYa-Yaâ, his Poppy (Wes Cook). Uncle Ty-Ty, Paw David, Papaw Tom Moore, and family friend Brian Lester.
Friends and family may call from 12 p.m. until the time of the service Wednesday also at the church.
