James H. Reagan Jr. 70 of Verdunville passed away Thursday September 24, 2009 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born February 10, 1939 at Ethel, WV. He was the son of the late James H. and Viola Reagan Sr. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one brother Ralph Reagan and a special Mother-in-law Millie Workman. James was a crew chief in the U.S. Air Force. He was also a member of the Aracoma # 99 Masonic bodies. He was employed with Logan Mingo Supply Co. for 24 years and Stollings Auto Parts for the last 10 years. He is survived by his wife Sue Ann (Workman ) Reagan, Six children Christa (Fred) Browning, Martha (Pete) Cowgar, Gordon Reagan, Kathy Reagan, Jamie Sue Reagan and Shawn Reagan, grandchildren Sarah and Johnathan Browning, Caleb and Isabella Cowgar, also a host of nieces and nephews, four sisters Donna (Hershel) Berry, Yvonne (Gay) Farmer, Anna (Bobby) Tomblin and Norma (David) Chapman, two brothers William "Cotton" (Shirley) Reagan and Olen (Millie) Reagan. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday September 27, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Maryetta United Baptist Church with Rev. Lonnie Gore and Rev. Barney Goins officiating. Burial will follow in the Frye Cemetery at Verdunville with Military Graveside Services. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Saturday September 26, 2009 at James Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Olen Reagan, Fred Browning, Pete Cowgar, Vinson and Steven Workman, Jimmy Berry, Jeff Reagan, Stephen Reagan, Randy Branham, Jimmy Lee Farmer, David Lee Chapman and Josh Workman. Honorary pallbearers will be Ottis Ratcliff, Hershel Berry, Cotton Reagan, John McCormick, Vince and David Workman and Thomas (Bear) Watkins.
