Mamaw will be sadly missed by so many. She was loved dearly by my family and so many others. I am so thankful for the time I got to spend with her. She meant the world to me. She has gone home now to be with the loved ones who have gone before her, and I have comfort in knowing that I will see her again. Until that day, she will be watching over us from above, and I know she would not trade that home up there for all the homes on earth. I love you mamaw

I am so thankful that Aunt Hester came to our Reunion this past July (2009) ,with Cathy & JoAnne (Flemmings), it was a great surprise that I will always cherish . I just wish we got to spend more time with one another, last time I visit her, she gave me all kinds of canning goods . She had a big heart , smiled with her eyes - she will never be for gotten. She came to me when I went through neck surgery. She was the sister to my Dad - ( Jennings Smith ) .. I pray that some family members will keep in touch on this side of my family..( Smith) Hester you were the only part of my Dad I got to really know , and thank you for that.. Will never for get your laughter and the sparkle in your eyes, and the voice that carried a beautiful toon. You Will Always Live With Me " Becky "
