Eric Lee Saunders

Eric Lee Saunders 32 of Logan, passed away Wednesday December 23, 2009 at CAMC General Division. He was born February 4, 1977 at Logan. He was the son of Herbert L. and Linda Gale Huckeby Saunders. Preceding him in death was his grandparents Leonard Clinton and Avonell Clark Huckeby, Herbert and Mary Maynard Saunders, uncle William “Bill” Huckeby, uncle Randy Saunders, and his former wife Belinda Browning Saunders. Eric was a single father and loved his daughter Erica who he cherished and cared for. Eric loved sports and was a talented musician. He was blessed with good friends Josh and Jason and family who loved him. Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter Erica, one sister Tamara (Robert) Saunders of Bellview, Florida, uncle John Saunders of Logan, WV, uncle Mike (Kathy) Saunders of Matthews, North Carolina, uncle Mark (Teresa) Saunders of Jacksonville, Florida and aunt Shelia (Leonard) Rowell of Middleburg, Florida, uncle Jack (Karen) Huckeby of Chapmanville, WV, uncle Leonard (Edna) Huckeby of Matewan, WV, aunt Louise (Gabe) Evans of Michigan City, Indiana and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. A cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Wednesday December 30, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at James Funeral Home Chapel. There will be no visitation.
