Eloise “EO” Webb McNeely passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at CAMC Hospital surrounded by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo McNeely, Sr. and her parents Lawrence and Hazel Webb. She was a faithful member of the 21 Holden Memorial FWB Church, where she was the choir leader and a member of the Cecil & The Golden Heirs Quartet. She is survived by her two sons Lawrence “Pebo” (Trudy) McNeely of Tennessee and Leo “Brother” McNeely of Holden and one daughter, Joanna “Annie” (Temious) Allen of Delaware. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Bridgett (Matt) Ray of Connecticut, Kelli (Jeff) Kibbey of Louisianna, Shelli McNeely of Peach Creek, Jessica McNeely of Tennessee, Scottie Mcneely of Lima, Ohio, Alishia & Shayla McNeely of Huntington, Madison, Lynox, Teayona, and Temious Allen III, all of Delaware. Also she is survived by her great grand children: Haylie & Christian Ray of Connecticut, Tremaine & Zyniah McNeely (expected in 2 weeks) of Huntington and Madelyn McNeely of Lima, Ohio. Surviving sisters are Ova McNeely of Holden; Mary (Cecil) Williams of Holden; Loretta (Bobby) Frazier of North Royalton, Ohio; Eleanor (Donnie) Duty of Chapmanville; Punky (Jonathan) Mink of Mountain City, Tennessee. She is survived by many nieces and nephews and a host of many friends, including a special, faithful daughter-in-law Regina McNeely of Peach Creek, and her best friend Shelby Sheppard of Chapmanville. Pallbearers will be Kenny Collins, Jr., Cecil Williams, Jr., Greg Davidson, Michael Davidson, Mike Allie, and Will Lawson. Honorary Pallbearers will be brother-in-laws, men of the church and 3 special friends, John Sheppard, III., Charles Evans and Jonathan Mink. Services will be held Saturday July 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the 21 Holden Memorial FWB Church. Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Friday July 24, 2015. Pastor Manuel Hensley and Brother Lacy Cox, Jr., will be officiating. James Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
