Ella M. Spaulding

Ella M. Spaulding 93 of Dingess passed away Friday December 11, 2009 at Logan Regional Medical Center. She was born June 26, 1916 at Harts Creek. She was the daughter of the late LaFayette and Edna Collins Mullins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond C. Spaulding, 3 brothers Willie Mullins, Arthur Mullins and Enslow "Buddy" Mullins and 2 sisters Belva Alfrey and Lora Gibson. Mrs. Spaulding was a member of the Trace Church of God and she has been a member of the Church of God since she was 20 years old. Survivors include four daughters Thelma Spaulding, Mary Frances Wallace, Donah Yvonne Gore and Edna Jo Baker all of Dingess, two sons Raymond Spaulding Jr. and Samuel Spaulding. Two sisters Daisey Irene Thiel and Sylvia Graves, 11 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted Monday December 14, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Trace Church of God at Dingess with Rev. Bobby Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Spaulding Cemetery at Dingess. Visitation will be from 6-9 P.M. Sunday December 13, 2009 at James Funeral Home.
