Elisha Willis

Elisha Willis, 54, of Robinette, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Logan Regional Medical Center. Born September 23, 1960, she was the daughter of Orville Willis and the late Silvie Willis. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two sons: Mark and David Carpenter; and her brother, Michael Willis. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter-in-law, Kenna Carpenter of Robinette; her granddaughter, Kayci Jarrell of Robinette; her grandson, Cody Jarrell of Accoville; her father Orville Willis; her mother-in-law, Beatrice Carpenter; and other dear family and friends. A celebration of life will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February, 7, 2015 at the Accoville Methodist Church with Rev. Norman Harvey officiating. Burial will follow at the Lovejoy-Spears Cemetery in Midkiff. Elisha will be carried to rest by Bobby Maynard, David Maynard, Kevin Evans, Rodney Hatfield, John “Bones” Heflin, and Joseph Whittaker. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Jarrell, Mark Hatfield, Cecil Willis, Arthur Willis, and Vinson Willis. Friends may gather at the church between 6-9 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2015.
