Doris J. Bryant

Doris J. Bryant, 67 of Logan departed this life Friday, August 28, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center. She was born June 9, 1953 at Logan, WV to the late Emory and Ida (Wiley) Bryant. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Bryant, Ronald Bryant, Charles Bryant, Albert Bryant, Emory Bryant Jr., and Arthur Bryant; sisters, Emily Meeks, Gladys Kazee, Jacqueline Thatcher, Carol Marcum, Elizabeth Adkins, and Rosella Newsome. Doris worked as a nurse at Logan General Hospital for many years. She loved sewing and making things. She is survived by her sons, Kevin Bryant, James Bryant, Johnny Carroll, and Michael Bryant; daughter, Melody Adams; brothers, David Bryant and Kenneth Bryant; sister, Nellie Hensley; grandchildren, Savannah Adams, Bryana Bryant, Walter Bryant, Danielle Bryant, Robert Holt, Jonathan Turner, James Turner, Blake Hall, and Olivia Carroll. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews who all loved her very much. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Kenneth Sells, the staff at the Logan Center, and the staff at Logan Regional Medical Center.
