Bruce Adams

Bruce Edward Adams, 34 of Mt. Holly, NC died Wednesday, Sept. 08, 2010 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born February 24, 1976 in Logan. He was the son of Elias Adams of Holden and the late Louvetta Clay Adams. Preceding him in death is his maternal grandparents Elder Elbert H. Clay and Grace Vance Clay, and his paternal grandparents Julius H. Adams and Martha Jane Hager Adams, and a brother Clayton D. Adams. Bruce use to work for Sun Chemicals in NC before being laid off because of the economy, he was employed by a Temp Agency. He was NASCAR enthusiast, he loved going to their races. He enjoyed collecting Dale Earnhardt memorabilia. Bruce survived by his loving wife Rachel Cloninger Adams, two-step daughters Sarah and Kayla. Two brothers Roger D. of Mt. Holly, NC, and Jason and Macel Adams of Man. Two sisters Rebecca Adams-Hunt and Veronica Maynard both of Holden. Nieces; Marie Ann, and Taylor Ogilbee, Cassie Adams, Katie Cyfers, Faithlyn Hunt. Nephews; Ryan Ogilbee, David and Preston Adams. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 pm Tuesday. Funeral services will be at 11 am conducted by Elder Kenneth Vance at James Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Ellis and Hager Cemetery (family cemetery) at Mare Branch on Twelve Pole at Dingess, WV.
