Billy Damron

Billy Damron, 82 of Dingess, WV departed this life on Friday, July 9, 2021, at Tug Valley ARH Hospital at South Willamson, KY. He was born January 6, 1939, to the late Bill Damron and Cleo Marcum Damron. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Rosella Scott Damron; his children, Bill Gene Damron Jr., Kevin Damron, and Susan Cyrus, brothers, Wade, Ronnie, Larry, and infant Robert. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Terry (Lynn) Williams, Darrell (Stephanie) Damron, and Patty (Mark) Riffe; sisters, Patricia Grubb, Colleen Stewart, Debbie (Ira) Copley, and Tonya (David) Perry; brothers, Roger (Loretta), George (Bonnie), and Gary (Susie) Damron. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2021, at the Mount Hope Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. James Ed Baisden officiating.
