Billie Jeffrey, 78 of Chapmanville departed this life Thursday February 1, 2018 at her residence. Honoring her wishes her remains were cremated and she will be buried alongside her husband, OJ Ralph Jeffrey in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Service arrangements are incomplete at this time.
