Aracoma Campbell

Aracoma Campbell 89 of Madison formerly of Logan went to be with the Lord peacefully in her sleep. She was born May 4, 1920 in Lincoln County. She was the daughter of the late Elijah and Mary Hill McClure. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Rev. Ira M. Campbell Sr. and her son Ira M. Campbell Jr. She attended the Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sisiter. Survivors include Sons Garreth (Sandra) Campbell of Mannsfield, Texas, Ricky (Bonita) Campbell of Beckley and Joey (Sherry) Campbell of Dunbar. Daughters Lynn (Chuck) Heim of South Charleston, Lana (Oscar) Frye of Cross Lanes and Allie Sue (Terry) Bader of Cincinnati, Ohio, sister Imogene Spurlock of Madison, brother Donald McClure of Ravenswood, 21 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren,and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Monday February 8, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Runyon officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Visitation will be from 6-9 P.M. Sunday February 7, 2010 at James Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be grandsons and son Joey Campbell.
