Patricia Ann Kazee, widow of Freddie Kazee Sr., of Switzer passed away peacefully October 31, 2018 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

She was born September 8, 1948 to the late James Lowe and Georgia Dean.

Patti worked along with her late husband and son in the family business, Logan Carpet until retiring in 2008. Patti adored her grandchildren and each of them have a special memory of “mamaw’s cooking” and the way she made each of them feel. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include: her son, Freddie (Pamela) Kazee II of Logan; daughter, Christie Lynn Kazee (David McRoberts) of Switzer; four grandchildren, Bethany Kazee, Eric McCoy, Levi Kazee all of Logan, and Timi (Ryan) Holbrook of Knoxville, TN; three great-grandchildren, Madalyn, Bentley, and Sadie Holbrook; a very special “chosen” granddaughter, Joanie (Brandon) Adkins and Aydon; sister, Trena (Jr) Moore of Man; brother, David (Jennifer) Dean of Chapmanville; and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Akers-James Funeral Home with Pastor Scotty Dingess officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
