Ernest Martin was a very kind and humble man who dedicated his life to helping others. He was a great friend to everyone in his profession and a great man. I enjoyed working with him for many years at Logan High. I thank him for all the many times he went out of his way to help me and others. My sincere condolences to his family, especially his son Ernest Martin, III and his brother Virgil. He will certainly be missed. Claude R. Zornes

I will miss seeing his light on in his bedroom at night when I would take the dogs out. I always knew he wasn't in the hospital at night when I saw his light. Such a humble man. Will be sadly missed even knowing he isn't suffering anymore. Rest in peace

I will miss hearing you say “howdy neighbor” every time I saw you. Love you dearly. You and Sarah are already missed. Every time I pull into the garage I automatically look over to see if the kitchen light was on so I knew you all were there and I could go over and visit. Love you
